You can add notes to your customers and export these notes at any time.

Step 1

Select View Customers from underneath the Invoices & Receipts tab in the main menu.

Step 2

Search for the customer you want to Add or Export Notes for and click on their name or the edit icon on the right hand side.

Select the Notes Tab and you’ll be able to see a list of all their notes.

Click the Add Button to add a new note to the customer.

To Export all your customer notes just click the Excel button towards the top right.
